beginner course

This 5 week course will introduce you to all the elements of classical Hatha yoga.

  • Simple postures

  • Correct breathing and its importance throughout

  • Deep relaxation - the very starting point

Experience mudras, hand gestures, their immediate effect on the breathing, brain, focus and emotional states, and the power of the sound OM (AUM).

Gaining an understanding of yoga beyond the physical, creates context for the practises, and yoga, as its name suggests embodies the impulse to stabilise, harmonise, strengthen, fortify and integrate.  Yoga means to unify.  Seeking after a real feeling of wholeness is the Spiritual Warrior’s quest.

I teach a slow and relaxed yoga style suitable for beginners and loved by experienced yogi’s for it’s subtle pervasive depth.

You don’t have to be flexible.  Flexibility, strength, balance and alignment develop slowly, through numerous shifts and changes.  Also suitable for students with some experience.

Course fee: £95
